Thermo Scientific™ 9 mm Wide Opening Amber Glass Screw Thread Vials are 2 mL, 12 x 32 mm and built with Advanced Vial Closure System (AVCS). This innovation not only prevents septa push through, but provides a stop point for the cap to prevent over- or under-tightening and provide an optimal, consistent seal every time.
SureStop vials are designed as part of the Advance Vial Closure System (AVCS) and remove any subjectivity around achieving the optimal seal compression when closing a vial. Plastic sample vials are manufactured from polypropylene, PFA, LDPE or PPCO. Most sample vials are clear, but amber-coloured versions are also available for light-sensitive samples. Vials are supplied without caps, or else with caps either packaged separately or ready-fitted to minimise contamination.
